Each individual may operate only one account. Compliance with all account-related rules is mandatory.

Keep in Mind: If an account is inactive — meaning no transactions for 6 months — Bolabets may mark it as a "dormant account" and a inactivity fee may be deducted.

- Withdrawals can only be processed to the same mobile banking number used to make the deposit. Requests to withdraw to a different number may be rejected.

- Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a cash-out option is available.
- If a match is abandoned or not completed within the designated timeframe, the bet will be declared void and the stake will be refunded.
- If a technical error causes a bet to be placed at abnormal odds, Bolabets reserves the right to void or adjust that bet.
- In an accumulator bet, if one selection is voided, it will be removed and the bet will be settled on the remaining selections.
- In live betting, if a bet is not confirmed due to an internet disconnection, that bet will be considered void.
Tip: Before placing a live bet, double-check the odds and score — odds can shift quickly as the situation changes.
Bolabets offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms — failure to comply may result in the bonus or any winnings derived from it being forfeited.
- The welcome bonus is a one-time offer for new members only. To withdraw bonus funds, you'll generally need to wager 10–20x the bonus amount (refer to the specific offer's terms for details).
- A bonus may only be used on the game or section it was issued for — for example, a Sports bonus can only be used for Sports Betting.
- Every bonus has an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.

- Betting fraud, match fixing, and the use of insider information are strictly prohibited and will result in penalties.
- Coordinated betting from the same IP address or device to abuse bonuses (arb betting or bonus abuse) is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated bots or software to place bets or manage your account is strictly prohibited.
- Depositing using a stolen payment method will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action.
- If you spot a technical error in the system, exploiting it for personal gain is strictly prohibited — report it to support immediately instead.
Warning: Involvement in any of the above activities may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action.
- Users may request to close their account at any time. The process will be completed within 72 hours of the request.
- In the event of a rule violation, Bolabets may suspend or close an account without prior notice.
- To resolve a dispute, contact the support team first. You will receive an initial response within 5 business days of submitting your complaint.

- Bolabets will not be held liable for any losses caused by internet connectivity issues, mobile network disruptions, or third-party service failures.

- Bolabets is not liable for any financial losses resulting from a user's own negligence or poor judgment.
- Bolabets may update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or SMS.
- These terms have been drawn up in compliance with international gaming laws and the regulations of the relevant licensing authority.
- If any term is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that specific clause will be removed — the remaining terms will continue to apply.
